Terms of Use
Like all subscriptions there are some T&C's. We have some, not too many but we'd like you to know about them now.
If you have subscribed to 1 month then you will receive a new e-voucher that can be used for your £50 voucher and your perks rewards each month upon your renewal.
3, 6 or 12 monthly subscribers will receive an e- voucher that contains all of the relevant months.
When you sign up the subscription will start within 48 hours of subscribing. You will receive an email with the attached e-voucher.
Only 1 subscription can be used per party/booking.
There can only be a maximum of 2 subscriptions per household and only 1 per email address.
The £50 voucher can only be used in conjunction with our a la carte menu (inclusive of daily specials).You cannot use the £50 voucher for any special set menu; this includes but is not limited to our Set Lunch Menu, Set Party Menu, Seafood Thursday Menu, Afternoon Tea Menu, Wine Tasting Nights, Valentines Night, Mother’s Day, Father's Day, Christmas Party Menu, New Years Eve.
The vouchers cannot be used during our Summer Cheqfest event.
The £50 voucher can only be used when dining in and does not apply to take aways.
All vouchers will be checked against our sales list, they are dated and so can only be used once.
We have the right to restrict the use of the subscription to anyone who has been banned from The Chequers, is disrespectful to the staff or tries to take advantage of the good nature that the subscription club is promoting.
Kids refillable draught sodas include Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Lemonade, Soda & Cordial. The bottomless deal means that a child’s draught soda needs to be purchased first before “top-ups” are available.
Children are regarded as anyone under the age of 12. Bottomless sodas are available throughout the month whenever you dine in with us and can be used either with or independently of your £50 voucher.
Free Americanos can be claimed any day of the week but only for the duration that your subscription is valid for.
No change given in exchange for any vouchers.
The monetary subscription voucher and the rewards are only valid for the dates stated on the voucher. They cannot be carried over to the next month or used past the final day of the month.
To use the £50 voucher, you must reserve a table and advise us when making the booking that you will be using it.
